Our survey and sampling fees may vary. Please call for exact price in your area. Mold Technologies keeps the cost as low as possible. When we find new ways to lower our costs, we will lower your cost.
The Survey
Basic Mold Technologies Moisture Management survey includes a full color report with pictorial documentation. Sampling is not included.

Samples
When samples are taken, a MoldREPORT™ from American Home Laboratory will be included with our Moisture Management report.
(Fees are for normal 72-hour turnaround time from the lab. If same day service is required, fee will be higher.)

If, during the inspection, water damage or microbial growth is found, sampling may be needed. The inspector will give his recommendations which must be approved or declined by the client. If no issues were found, an air sample might still be recommended. Additional fees may apply for emergency surveys or travel outside of local area (defined as 50 miles). We also offer post remediation / clean-up surveys. Call 1-866-299-MOLD for details.
¹If one air sample is taken indoors; an outside sample is required by the lab for comparison.
