Discovery

The Mold Technologies Moisture Management System surveys the property from grading to roof, inside and out in search of microbial growth and water damage. It also locates areas of concern that could potentially lead to future problems. Using the latest digital equipment, we can find hidden moisture and mold issues with out damaging the structure.

Testing

After the inspection, our inspectors can determine what kind of tests are needed and where. If no water damage or microbial growth was found, air quality samples are always recommended to identify hidden mold problems. If microbial substances are uncovered, samples are collected and sent to the laboratory for complete evaluation and culture testing.

The Report

We issue a comprehensive report providing you with a complete profile of any areas of concern in your home. This report covers both current mold and moisture issues, as well as, areas that may potentially be in danger of developing mold or moisture problems in the future. It also provides you with the laboratory results and suggested strategies for addressing any current or potential moisture and mold problems in your home.
